Mum, I still can't quite believe that you're gone, you were taken from us so suddenly, it feels as though my heart has been broken. You've always been there for me no matter what and we've shared some wonderful memories which I will hold so precious. Hardly a day went by without we didn't see or speak to each other. I miss our chats, I miss you making me one of your gourmet lunches, I miss our little trips out amongst many, many things. It's going to take time to learn how to live without you and although I will try to be brave, my life will never be the same again. We always said we were best friends as well as mum and daughter and nothing will ever change that. I love you so much. Julia xxxx.
A year has gone, tears still fall, life goes on, but it's odd when sometimes, we still expect you to call. When you passed, it was a sudden goodbye, we couldn't help but wonder why. Although we can't see you, we're sure you're near, when we call your name, we know you hear.
